The condition of the Canning River - Canning River - Tributary site (site code: TRIB), in the upper catchment of  the Canning River was assessed  six times between November 2009 and April 2010.

The assessment was conducted using standard methods from the South West Index of River Condition. Only fish and crayfish were assessed at this site.

Fish and crayfish

Five fish and three crayfish species were found at this site (combination of  all the 2009 and 2010 sampling events), including one exotic fish and one exotic crayfish.
